  1. Increase the intake of FIBER.
  2. Include GREEN TEA in your diet.
  3. Add TURMERIC to your diet regularly.
  4. Increase Vitamin C intake(Citrus fruits like Oranges, lemons & Grapefruit).
  5. Add NUTS to your diet (especially WALNUTS).
  6. Increase consumption of leafy Green Vegetables.
