HOW TO MAKE MORINGA POWDER?



PROCEDURE:-
  1. Get fresh moringa leaves.
  2. Pluck the leaves and discard the stems and stalks.
  3. Wash them thoroughly with plenty of water.
  4. Spread on a clean cotton cloth to absorb extra moisture.
  5. Dry it under FAN to retain its green color.
  6. When it is dried completely (after 2 to 3 days) crush leaves, remove extra stems or stalks, add in mixture and prepare fine powder.
  7. Store in an air-tight container.

MORINGA SMOOTHIE:-



INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 CUP MORINGA leaves
  • 200ml of almond milk 
  • 1 full banana
PROCEDURE:
  1. Add almond milk, moringa leaves, and banana in a blender.
  2. Process until the smoothie is blended in a creamy consistency.
  3. Serve immediately.

MORINGA TEA:

RECIPE:
  1. Clean moringa leaves and boils them in water for a few minutes to make MORINGA TEA.
  2. Filter it and serve hot.
