SIDE EFFECTS OF BEETROOT
As we all know Excess of anything is bad.
- Overconsumption will change the color of the Urine & Stool to reddish.
- Diabetics should use it in moderate quantities as it is sweet in nature.
BEETROOT & CARROT JUICE
Ingredients:
1 medium beetroot
1 or 2 carrots
5 to 7 mint leaves
A pinch of pink salt(sendha namak)
Procedure:
- Chop beetroot & carrot add to a mixer jar and blend into a smooth paste by adding 1/2 glass of water and mint leaves...
- Add a pinch of salt and 2 to 3 drops of lemon juice (optional)
- Don't filter it as it contains fiber which is good for health.
- It reduces fever also.
